Nikola Leová specialises in real estate and construction law, and administrative law.

In the real estate and construction sector, Nikola has experience in providing comprehensive advice on the construction of logistics, commercial and residential projects, sales and acquisitions of real estate, its operation and lease, including the preparation of legal due diligence.

In the area of administrative law, she focuses mainly on construction law and administrative proceedings related to the construction of new development projects and the revitalization of existing facilities. Nikola has prepared numerous legal opinions and analyses for major clients from both the private and public sectors.

Prior to becoming an associate at Havel & Partners, she worked as a junior associate at our firm since 2018 and before that as a legal assistant.
