Vojtěch Bartoš specialises in personal data protection, privacy protection, digital marketing, contractual law, and EU law.

Before joining our law firm, he gained experience as a lawyer at the International Arbitration and Foreign Investment Protection Unit of the Finance Ministry of the Czech Republic.

His focus includes the media and their connection to law. He contributed to the justice section of a national daily, externally collaborates with Czech Television as a host of its Week in Justice (Týden v justici) show, and regularly authors articles on legal topics, in particular personal data protection, on the HAVEL & PARTNERS blog.

He is currently enrolled in a PhD programme at the Institute of Law and Technology of Masaryk University, looking at personal data processing in public administration.
