Tereza Hrabáková specialises in intellectual property law, in particular trademarks and designs, and unfair competition.

In the area of intellectual property she mainly focuses on advising clients on the choice of trademark strategies and extensions of trademark registrations, both in the Czech Republic and abroad. She represents clients in administrative proceedings before the Czech Industrial Property Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). She also represents clients in courts of law, enforcing their industrial property rights.

In the area of unfair competition Tereza focuses on the complex issues of unfair competition practices and the ensuing lawsuits. Prior to joining our law firm, she had worked for 17 years with a patent law firm specialising in intellectual property law, and two years at the Czech Industrial Property Office.

The prestigious international magazine Managing Intellectual Property has for several years ranked Tereza as an IP STAR in the Czech Republic.

The international ranking World Trademark Review 1000, ed. 2021 lists Tereza in its publication of the best specialists in the field of intellectual property and trademarks.
