Silvie Király specialises in acquisitions and divestitures, and in banking, finance and capital markets.

In acquisitions and divestitures, Silvie has participated in numerous transactions (representing both sellers and purchasers), particularly in real estate and private equity.

In banking, finance and capital markets, she focuses mainly on the assessment of risks associated with indirect holding of securities via global custodians, and the settlement of transactions via international accounting and clearing systems.

Before joining our law firm, Silvie worked at two major law firms in Prague commencing in 2006, dealing with Czech and foreign corporate clients and advising on acquisitions and restructuring, banking compliance and contracts depending upon the client’s line of business (door system manufacture, logistics and forwarding, commercial leases), and related disputes.
