Petra Tomšů specialises in general commercial and corporate law, legal audits and due diligence, acquisitions and divestitures, and international private and procedural law.

In the area of acquisitions, she has advised both sellers and purchasers, particularly in the automotive, engineering and cosmetic industries.

Before joining our law firm, Petra completed an internship at the law firm Lansky, Ganzger + Partner in Vienna, Austria, and then worked in the Brno office of the Austrian law firm e|n|w|c.
