Pavel Ondrák specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, commercial law, due diligence, and public procurement law.

Before joining our law firm in 2022, Pavel worked for more than five years in a major Czech law firm, ultimately as Senior Associate. He attended to numerous projects and transactions, representing both sellers and purchasers mainly in the chemical industry, telecommunications and IT, and in the energy sector. Pavel also represented clients in disputes involving commercial contracts, trademarks, and restitutions. In addition, he advised clients (mainly contractors) in connection with public procurement and concessions and their participation in the related procedures, including representation of clients before the Czech Office for the Protection of Competition and in ensuing proceedings.
