Patrik Šnajdr specialises in litigation, in particular claims management and collection.

In litigation he focuses primarily on the management and collection of claims owed to leading Czech banks, non-banking entities and major Czech companies. He also represents clients before public authorities, in particular in litigations before Czech courts.   Prior to joining our firm in 2020, Patrik acted as a junior associate at a Czech law firm specialised in claims management and collection. Subsequently, as an independent attorney-at-law, he provided legal services in the field of claims management and collection as well as in other fields, namely labour law and real estate matters.
