Michal Kandráč specialises in technology, intellectual property law, film, media and gaming.

Michal primarily focuses on film/series production, video games industry, and liability for digital content. He has ample experience in the field of entertainment law, regularly advising film studios, producers, game developers, financiers, investors, broadcasters, and platform operators.

In the area of technology law, he focuses on providing comprehensive advice related to information technology, artificial intelligence, digital services, and software systems, including R&D. He also attends to transactions related to acquisitions or sale of technology assets and/or setting up internal structures and buyer-supplier relations in the IT sector.

Before joining Havel & Partners in 2019, Michal worked in renowned Czech law firms where he focused mainly on corporate law, M&A, telecommunications, data protection, intellectual property, dispute resolution, and administrative proceedings.
