Richard Kozáček specialises in dispute resolution, in particular management and enforcement of claims.

In the field of dispute resolution, Richard primarily focuses on the management and collection of claims for major banks, non-bank lenders, and business companies in the Czech Republic. He also represents clients in dealings with public authorities, mainly in judicial proceedings before Czech courts.

Before joining our law firm in 2019, he worked in the legal department of a major enforcement office, and also in the non-performing loan recovery department of one of the largest non-bank consumer loan providers.
