Martin Stančík specialises in banking, finance and capital markets.

In the area of banking, finance and capital markets, Martin focuses primarily on the regulatory aspects of the provision of financial services, including licensing procedures before the Czech National Bank, and debt financing.

He also has experience in participating in legal due diligence, drafting and revising business contracts, and preparing legal analyses.

Prior to joining our law firm as an associate in 2018, Martin worked at the Prague office of the international law firm Squire Patton Boggs where he developed practical experience in debt financing, insolvency proceedings and contract law, and at the Prague office of the international law firm CMS Cameron McKenna.
