Mária Kopecká specialises in the public sector, especially public contracts and concession proceedings. She further focuses on legal advice in the area of municipal law, projects co-funded by EU operational programmes, and, significantly, public transport services.

As for the public sector, in particular public contracts and concessions, Mária provides comprehensive legal advice in relation to public procurement and concessions (both on the side of contracting authorities and on the side of suppliers), including advice during the preparation and organisation of procurement procedures, participation of suppliers in the procedures or drafting technical reports and analyses in this regard. Mária has also participated in the legal representation of many clients in proceedings before the Office for the Protection of Competition and in administrative justice.

In the area of transport, she focuses on comprehensive legal advice on public transport services on the municipal and regional level, and on fulfilling requirements for operators of public transport services.

She has been cooperating with our law firm in various positions since 2012.
