Lena Fryčová specialises in corporate law including international and local acquisitions and divestitures, and subsequent post-transaction reorganisations of groups of companies. She also advises clients on corporate transformations as well as related areas of corporate and civil law. Lena has consistently focused on providing legal advice to private clients, entailing in particular the setting of holding structures and their comprehensive functionality, with a focus on tax structuring and corporate governance.

Prior to joining our law firm, Lena worked for major Czech law firms, where she practiced commercial and corporate law, and also focused on litigation, especially in the field of restructuring and insolvency.
