Kristýna Hlavicová specialises in litigation, in particular in claim management and recovery.

In the area of litigation, Kristýna focuses mainly on the management and recovery of claims of leading banking institutions in the Czech Republic, non-banking entities and major Czech companies. She also focuses on representing clients before public authorities, especially in court proceedings before the Czech courts.

Prior to joining HAVEL & PARTNERS in 2019, Kristýna worked at the bailiff’s office as a bailiff’s trainee.
