Jitka Dibďáková primarily specialises on litigation, in particular on claims management and enforcement.

In the area of dispute resolution, Jitka primarily focuses on the administration and enforcement of debts and other receivables for leading banking as well as non-banking institutions and significant companies in the Czech Republic. She has worked on a range of projects for leading Czech banks, in particular in the area of optimising the process of doubtful debt settlement.

Jitka joined our law firm as a legal assistant in 2014 during her studies at the Masaryk University Faculty of Law in Brno. After graduation, she worked as a junior associate.
