Jiří Doležal specialises in mergers and acquisitions, real estate law and corporate law, and private advisory services for German and French speaking clients.

In the area of mergers and acquisitions, Jiří has been involved in both domestic and cross-border transactions on both the sellers’ and buyers’ sides and has advised in settling disputes between shareholders.

In the area of real estate, he has been involved mainly in advising on and preparing contractual documentation for development projects, from land acquisition through construction proceedings to the preparation of an owner’s declaration and the related agenda for the sale of housing units.

In the area of corporate law, Jiří has primarily advised Czech and foreign companies on changes in their ownership structure, their transformation and on their everyday corporate agenda.

Prior to joining our law firm, he was primarily responsible for medium-sized corporate clients, worked with banks on financing acquisition projects and managing bad debt portfolios, was involved in cross-border transactions, and advised major German and French-speaking clients.
