Jan Týče specialises in dispute resolution, mainly claims enforcement and management.

In the field of litigation, Jan focuses especially on claims management and enforcement for leading banks, non-banks, and major companies in the Czech Republic.

Prior to joining Havel & Partners in 2020, Jan worked for 14 years in the field of enforcements, where he held a senior position at one of the leading enforcement offices. He was responsible for the management of major individual cases and portfolios of mostly claims that are difficult to enforce and the related optimization of enforcement activities. Jan participated intensively in the development of the bailiff information system.
