Jakub Jireš specialises in banking and finance, in particular debt financing. In this area, he has been involved in many transactions over the past 4 years, working on the structuring of loan deals and subsequently preparing negotiations of loan and security documents.

Before joining our law firm, he worked for 3 years as an in-house lawyer at J&T BANKA, a.s., and previously as a junior associate at Kinstellar.
