Ivana Gajdošová specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial and contract law, including due diligence and the preparation of transaction documentation, as well as in competition law.

In the area of mergers and acquisitions, Ivana advises both seller and buyer side clients and has been involved in a number of high profile transactions, primarily in the construction and real estate, energy, telecommunications, information technology and automotive sectors.

In the area of competition law, she advises clients in proceedings before the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic, in particular in the areas of notification and approval of concentrations, cartel law, and the competition aspects of transactions. Prior to joining our law firm, Ivana worked for almost three years at a major Slovak law firm.
