Irena Munzarová specialises in commercial law, acquisitions and divestitures of companies, and real estate law.

In the area of commercial law, Irena focuses mainly on corporate law and all types of transformations of companies, both domestic and cross-border.

In the area of acquisitions and divestitures, Irena has been involved in many major real estate transactions over the recent years, both on the sellers’ and buyers’ side, including conducting comprehensive due diligence of projects and project companies.

In relation to real estate law, Irena has experience primarily in advising on the lease of large office units and retail space in shopping centres, as well as residential projects. She has advised on the preparation and subsequent construction of residential projects, drafting owner’s declarations, as well as preparing contractual documentation for the subsequent sale of units to end users. Irena has also advised numerous private entities on the acquisitions of land, apartments, houses or holiday homes. Prior to joining our law firm, Irena represented a major residential developer for several years. She also worked at a major multinational law firm where she provided legal services mainly in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and real estate law.
