Hana Kelblová specialises mainly in insurance. She provides comprehensive legal advice on legal regulation, challenging aspects of insurance policies and insurance claims settlement.

Prior to joining our law firm in 2022, she worked as an in-house lawyer at Česká pojišt’ovna and Generali insurance company for two years, and later at Allianz insurance company for another two years. She has experience in representing clients in litigations and in proceedings before a financial arbitrator, thanks to which she was also intensely involved in addressing life assurance issues.

In 2012-2013 she worked at the Ministry of Justice where, under the auspices of an expert group, she assisted in communicating changes related to the adoption of the new Civil Code, especially vis-à-vis the public administration and the general public.
