Elena Jarolímková specialises in banking and finance, insolvency law, and also corporate law. In the area of banking and finance, Elena provides primarily transaction advice on credit financing, including the creation of necessary types of security.

Prior to joining our law firm, Elena worked for six years at UniCredit Bank, where she gained valuable experience, especially in the area of collection and restructuring of the bank’s loan receivables, and also worked as an attorney-at-law in several major Slovak law firms.
