Dalibor Slavík specialises in litigation and arbitration, with a special focus on damages claims (in particular lost profit) and disputes resulting from business contracts, mainly contracts for work.

During his legal practice, Dalibor has represented major Czech as well as foreign clients, both private individuals and public institutions. He has represented clients in international arbitrations and before the Czech Financial Arbitrator.

Before joining HAVEL & PARTNERS in 2020, he worked at BBH law firm.
