Kamil Kovaříček specialises in corporate law, the legal aspects of building and managing group and holding structures as well as disputes concerning companies. He also focuses on transformations of companies, the law of obligations and further aspects of commercial law.

He is currently enrolled in a PhD commercial law programme at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University, addressing the handling of corporate equity capital and conflicts of interest arising inside share capital companies.

Kamil started cooperating with our law firm in 2015 while studying at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University.
