Petr Kadlec specializes in contractual law, public procurement law, competition law, compliance and investigations; energy, infrastructure, transport and logistics; environmental law, IT law and international trade law. He has extensive experience in providing legal advisory to the public sector and in regulatory matters.

Before re-joining our law firm in early 2011, he worked at the Directorate General for Competition of the European Commission in Brussels for three years where, as a senior lawyer, he participated in antitrust and abuse of dominance investigations, mainly in the financial services sector. Petr worked at our law firm between 2003 and 2007. During his studies, he also worked at the Prague office of Hogan & Hartson in 1999.
