Ondrej Čurilla specialises in public sector law, specifically in public procurement, PPP projects and concessions, general commercial law and corporate law, legal audits and due diligence investigations, and transport and logistics law.
In the area of public sector, particularly public procurement and concessions, he specialises primarily on advising clients (both contracting authorities and contractors) in connection with the administration of tender procedures, public procurement and concession procedures, including advisory on the preparation and organisation of complex transport, energy and technology projects, participation of contractors in those proceedings, and drafting related expert opinions and legal analyses.
In the area of commercial law and corporate law, he participated in legal audits performed in connection with several transactions (on both the sell and the buy sides), and also advises clients on legal issues related to the liquidation of business companies.
In the area of transport and logistics, Ondrej primarily focuses on the regulatory issues related to railway and road transport an support mainly to foreign clients in connection with the implementation of their transport projects in the Czech Republic.
Before joining our law firm, he worked at the Czech-German Chamber of Industry and Trade, where he focused on providing advisory to German investors.
