Juraj Dubovský represents clients in complex judicial and arbitral proceedings in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and abroad including cross-border disputes.

He advises clients on IP protection matters, protection against unfair competition, protection of personal rights and complex technical disputes. Furthermore, he advises on out-of-court dispute settlement, insolvency, restructuring and administrative judiciary matters.

Prior to joining our law firm in 2014, Juraj worked for many years at major international law firms in Prague. He also briefly worked at an international law firm based in Washington, D.C. Juraj also worked in the field of international development and humanitarian law in Israel and Slovakia.
