Barbara Fikarová specialises in the public sector, namely in public procurement and concession procedures. She also provides legal advice on administrative law and projects co-financed from EU Operational Programmes.

In the public sector, Barbara concentrates on providing comprehensive legal advice in connection with public procurement and concessions (to contracting authorities as well as to suppliers), including advice on the preparation and organisation of procurement/concession procedures, participation of suppliers in the procedures, raising and handling objections or preparing expert opinions and analyses regarding issues concerned. Throughout her work, she represented a number of clients before the Office for the Protection of Competition and in administrative law suits.

Barbara has been cooperating with our law firm in different positions since 2008.
