Zuzana Hájková specialises in insurance sector regulation and insurance law, advising primarily German-speaking clients.

Zuzana has experience in providing comprehensive legal advice to major insurance companies and insurance intermediaries on their business activities in the Czech Republic. She focuses on insurance distribution and the regulatory aspects of the domestic and cross-border provision of services. Zuzana also advises clients on drafting insurance documentation and settling insurance claims.

Prior to joining our law firm, Zuzana worked for almost six years at the Czech office of the international law firm DLA Piper, where she also advised mainly internationally active clients on corporate governance, commercial contracts and civil litigation matters.
