Zuzana Hargašová specialises in litigation and arbitration, real estate, construction, commercial and health law.

In real estate and construction, she focuses on due diligence of real estate, construction financing and the preparation of contractual documents in relation to real estate acquisition, sale, lease and construction.

In litigation and arbitration, Zuzana specialises in representing clients before courts and arbitration tribunals in all stages of the proceedings, before administrative judiciary bodies and in out-of-court dispute resolution.

In commercial law, she focuses on contracts, legal analyses, due diligence and, secondarily, on insolvency and restructuring. Zuzana is also experienced in corporate law.

Before joining our law firm, Zuzana was an in-house lawyer in one of Slovakia’s leading banking institutions where she dealt mainly with real estate, construction and acquisition financing. Prior to this, Zuzana worked in a major Slovak law firm where she specialised in investment projects and disputes.
