Pavla Korcová specialises in real estate and administrative law, focusing on construction and development.

In real estate, she has been involved in a number of transactions (for both buyers and sellers), primarily in acquisitions and the management of industrial and commercial facilities and residential premises.

In administrative law, she advises on construction plans implemented both in the form of new project developments and existing structure revitalisation.

Before joining our law firm, she worked for more than five years at the office of a prominent international law firm in Austria, where she provided comprehensive legal advice on real estate and construction law, including advising on all disposals of real estate and on sales, purchases, leases and the creation of other rights to real estate, as well as advising in connection with real estate construction and reconstruction.
