Jiří Kunášek specialises in commercial law and civil law, in particular in corporate law, acquisitions, transformations of companies and holding structures. He focuses on comprehensive legal advice to private clients including in particular inter-generation capital transfer and inheritance matters.

Before joining our law firm in 2017 he worked for leading Czech law firms which closely cooperate with major international groups focused on general practice.
