Ondřej Sýkora specialises in banking and finance. He focuses on advising on debt financing, both on the lender and borrower side, as well as preparing and negotiating loan and security documentation for all types of financing, including acquisition financing, syndicated loans, and real estate project financing.

Prior to joining our law firm in 2022, Ondřej worked for ten years at Česká spořitelna, a.s., inter alia, as a structured finance lawyer responsible for drafting and reviewing transaction documentation for corporate clients and related legal advice.
