Ondřej Dostál specialises in information and communication technology law, cyber security and the law of contract.

In the law of contract, Ondřej focuses on contracts for public procurement purposes as well as for the private sector, both in Czech and English. He has wide experience not only in the drafting of comprehensive contractual documentation but also in negotiations and subsequent support during the implementation of major investment projects.

During his practice, he has provided legal services mainly as part of the legal profession, but he also gained valuable experience as a corporate lawyer within the PPF Group, where he worked before joining our law firm.

As part of various international teams, he engaged in the preparation and implementation of numerous significant telecommunications and IT projects in the CEE region, cooperating both with in-house lawyers and external technical and legal advisors.
