Martin Pecha specialises in tax law and administrative law.

In the field of tax law, he mainly represents clients in tax proceedings, including tax inspections. During his practice, he has represented major Czech and foreign clients in highly complex tax-related cases where the additional tax assessment amounted to hundreds of millions of Czech crowns.

In administrative law, Martin focuses on proceedings in administrative courts, including proceedings before the Supreme Administrative Court. In the course of his previous practice, he also developed experience in representing clients in disputes with the customs administration.

Before joining Havel & Partners in 2022, Martin worked for almost 5 years in an international law firm where he represented clients in tax-related disputes with tax administration authorities.
