Radek Wejmelka specialises in commercial and civil law and in particular in corporate law, transformations, group restructurings with a focus on risk diversification, setting up holding structures and the regulation of shareholder relations. In corporate law, Radek particularly focuses on the corporate law of investment companies and investment funds and their activities in the capital markets. He also specialises in advising private clients and structuring the protection of private assets.

In the field of corporate law, Radek has been involved in a number of corporate transformations, including transformations of companies with a significant market share in the context of their specialisation, and the restructuring of national and international business groups.

In the field of advising private clients, he focuses on structuring the holding and protection of private assets, building private holdings, including trusts and qualified investor funds, and intergenerational capital transfer matters, including family office governance (setting up the internal functioning of private structures).

Prior to joining our law firm in 2017, Radek worked for several years at a Czech law firm with a focus on general law practice, where he gained extensive experience in corporate law, civil law, commercial law, family law, and healthcare law with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry.
