Matěj Potměšil specialises in commercial law, construction law, and real estate law.

In this area, Matěj has gained experience in providing comprehensive advice on a number of real estate and development projects in the Czech Republic.

He also focuses on advising start-up projects, setting appropriate rules between investors and founders as well as creating the legal framework for the start-up itself. Matěj has experience mainly with technology start-ups.

Prior to joining our law firm in 2022, he worked in law firms specialising in the aforementioned areas, where he advised a number of major clients active in the Czech and international markets.
