Karolína Steinerová specialises in dispute resolution before civil courts and in arbitration proceedings.

In court proceedings, Karolína primarily represents clients in the enforcement of intellectual property rights (patents, trademarks, copyright) or unfair competition. She has advised many major Czech and foreign clients operating across the business spectrum in trademark, patent and domain name disputes. Karolína also has extensive experience in representing clients in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Industrial Property Office and the EUIPO.

Prior to joining our law firm in 2022, she worked at a leading Czech law and patent firm for nine years.
