Veronika Prokopová specialises in corporate law, transformations of corporations, and the legal aspects of building and managing corporate groups and holding structures.

Veronika’s other specialisation is comprehensive legal advice to private clients, including in particular addressing intergenerational capital transfer matters.

Prior to joining our law firm in 2021, Veronika worked at a law firm in Brno, where she carried out a general practice focusing mainly on corporate law and civil contract law.
