Peter Košecký specialises in real estate law, commercial law, contract law, corporate law, and competition law.

In real estate law, Peter has experience in providing comprehensive legal advice to Slovak and foreign investors in connection with acquisition transactions (both on the buyer’s and seller’s side) of commercial real estate, the construction and development of commercial real estate, including industrial park construction projects. He also advises on the negotiation of leases for office complexes, industrial and logistics parks, and their subsequent management.

In competition law, Peter deals with merger notifications and other competition law aspects of transactions.

In commercial law, he focuses mainly on providing legal services in the preparation and negotiation of commercial contracts.

Prior to joining our law firm in 2021, Peter worked for five years in the Bratislava office of a major Czech law firm.
