Pavel Krušina specialises in court, administrative and arbitration proceedings, insolvency law and restructuring, as well as represents clients as injured parties in criminal proceedings. 

In dispute resolution, Pavel primarily focuses on the enforcement of intellectual property rights, unfair competition issues, and represents clients in commercial disputes, as well as in the area of compensation for material and non-material damage. In this respect, he also provides legal advice on out-of-court negotiations for amicable dispute settlement. In insolvency law and restructuring, Pavel primarily provides comprehensive advice on bankruptcy issues, and represents clients in insolvency proceedings and incidental disputes.
