Senior Associate

Dana Prudíková specialises in public law, legislation, education, sports, and administrative law.

Prior to joining our law firm, Dana worked as a Deputy for Legislation and International Relations at the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, where she dealt with legislative and legal issues related to the promotion of education, learning and sports, as well as the activities of the Ministry as an organizational unit of the State. Prior to that, she worked as Director of the Legislative Department at the Ministry of Justice, where she worked on, among other things, the recodification of private law, and as Director of the Legal and Control Department at the Office of the Government. Dana also gained experience in legislative work at the Legislative Department of the Office of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic. She has also worked as an assistant to a district court judge in the civil section and as a legal trainee.

She is a member of the working committee for private law of the Legislative Council of the Government, the Appeals Committee of the Office of the Government and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.

In addition to law, Dana also studied journalism and political science at Masaryk University, where she still works and teaches courses on legislation and security issues. She is a lecturer at the Judicial Academy for the training of judicial staff. She has also worked as a journalist.
