Martin Vlk specialises in mergers and acquisitions, real estate law, and contract law.

In the field of real estate, he focuses on advising on sales and purchases of companies and properties, joint ventures, and contracts related to the operation, management and rental of shopping centres, residential, office, industrial and logistics complexes.

He has extensive experience with M&A transactions in the Czech Republic and abroad. Martin advises a range of clients, sellers and buyers alike, in the manufacturing, energy, IT/TMT, FMCG and services sectors. He also advises on complex commercial contracts and high-risk business transactions.

Before joining HAVEL & PARTNERS in 2021, he worked with leading law firms including Deloitte Legal and CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang in Prague, London and Bucharest. He also worked on an internship as an in-house lawyer at České Radiokomunikace, and as a lawyer in the Czech section of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, France.
