Václav Fajkus specialises in corporate law, company transformations and the legal aspects of building and managing concern groups and holding structures.

His other major specialisation is comprehensive legal advice to private clients, including in particular addressing the matters of intergenerational capital transfer, structuring the holding and protection of private property and building private holding companies, including trusts.

Prior to joining Havel & Partners, Václav worked in a major Ostrava-based law firm, where he dealt mainly with corporate agenda, company transformations and litigation matters. He also previously worked in a major notary office, where he provided notary services in the corporate area, especially to international law firms and multinational companies.
