Jan Králíček specialises in insolvency law and dispute resolution.

In the field of insolvency proceedings and restructuring, Jan has recently participated in a large number of major cases, representing creditors or advising distressed companies.

On the part of creditors, Jan has represented mainly banks in insolvency proceedings against companies operating in heavy engineering, aviation, the automotive industry and retail. On the part of debtors or investors, Jan has participated in the out-of-court restructuring or reorganisation of prominent companies with a turnover of hundreds of millions of Czech crowns.

He also has experience in representing clients in civil proceedings.

Before joining HAVEL & PARTNERS, Jan worked in the Prague office of an international law firm for more than 4 years.
