Ladislav Haladej specialises in real estate law, construction law, commercial law, and real estate acquisitions and sales, regardless of the structure of the transaction.

In the field of real estate law and construction law, Ladislav has extensive experience in providing comprehensive advice to investors in connection with the development of residential, office and logistics units and shopping centres at all stages of this process, including representation in administrative proceedings and court proceedings.

In the field of commercial law, Ladislav focuses primarily on the provision of legal services in the field of commercial contracts such as contracts for work, mandate contracts, supplier contracts, contracts on future contracts and other contracts related to the preparation, construction, management and lease of real estate.

In the field of ​​real estate acquisitions and sales, in the last ten years Ladislav has been involved in a significant number of transactions in the area of ​​commercial real estate on the part of both the seller and the buyer.

Prior to joining our law firm, Ladislav worked for more than thirteen years in law firms providing legal services to leading Slovak developers established in several European countries. Prior to practising as an attorney-at-law, he worked as a professional lawyer at Národná diaľničná spoločnosť, a.s.

  • Advising investors on the construction of major shopping centres, office buildings, logistics parks and residential projects in Slovakia, including advice in the field of zoning planning, permitting processes and in concluding related obligations and legal relations
  • Advising on the acquisition or sale of shopping centres, office buildings, logistics parks and residential projects with a total transaction value of several hundred million euros
  • Advising an investor on the acquisition of land plots with an area of ​​more than 70 ha for the purpose of residential and multifunctional construction
  • Advising private investors on the acquisition of residential properties
  • Advising investors in connection with disputes over the ownership of real estate or in connection with unauthorised interference with the ownership of real estate
  • Advising the shareholders of a major investor in setting up a shareholder structure
  • Advising a major investor on the acquisition of an office building in connection with the assumption of a debt from a subprime loan
  • Active participation in creating or commenting on certain Slovak bills in the field of construction law and real estate law
